A Glassy Addition for Michigan's Architecture School
The University of Michigan’s architecture school is getting a $13-million addition, to be designed by the Miller Hull Partnership, of Seattle. The current architecture building, which is about 30 years old, is said to have the largest design studio in the country.
The architects have said the addition will have a glass facade, which seems to be a specialty for the firm. The designs featured on their site are frequently glassy and delicate.
