Social Scientists, Invited to National Security Agency, Urge More Transparency
Last week a highly unusual meeting took place at the National Security Agency. Senior officials played host to 10 scholars who study national security and intelligence, discussing a range of topics—among them, security leaks, secret courts, and the agency's tarnished reputation.
