Youngstown State U. Offers $200 Awards to Discourage Dropping Out
Students who don't dawdle on their way to a Youngstown State University degree will cash in even before they land a job.
Under a plan designed to dissuade students from dropping out or interrupting their education, juniors who earn a bachelor's degree at Youngstown within two years will be awarded a $200 stipend. The money can be used for graduate education or taken as cash.
