You Can't Keep Politics Out of the Classroom
To the Editor:
It is naive -- on both the part of Jill Carroll and the part of students who complain about having to listen to professors' political views -- to assume that because instructors don't directly express their political views, they are not expressing them indirectly ("Stick to the Syllabus," Career Network, May 30). Professors almost always let their political views leak into their course material, and in fact I feel it is a disservice to students when they are
