Yale to Fire Professor for Child Pornography

Yale University is expected to fire a geology professor who pleaded guilty last month to child-pornography charges.

Antonio C. Lasaga has been on a leave of absence from Yale since the Federal Bureau of Investigation seized pornographic pictures of children from his on-campus apartment, in November 1998.
