Yale Law Students Urge Court Officials to Support Requests for Electronic Evidence

A group of technology-savvy law students at Yale University recently traveled to Washington to urge the federal court system not to approve certain restrictions on the use of e-mail messages and other electronic evidence in legal cases.

The students argued against specific policy changes being considered by the court system's rule-making body, the Judicial Conference of the United States.
