Wyoming Student Is Accused of Aiding Terrorist Group Tied to Al Qaeda
A student at a two-year college in Wyoming was arrested in Texas this month and charged with attempting to supply goods and services to an alleged terrorist group in Somalia.
Mark Robert Walker, a first-year student at Wyoming Technical Institute, in Laramie, is said to have told federal agents who interviewed him that he planned to buy night-vision goggles and bulletproof vests and then travel to Somalia, where he intended to fight under the Islamist group al Ittihad al
