Wright State U. Reinstates Lesbian Professor Who Was Denied Tenure
Wright State University has reinstated a faculty member who claims that she was denied tenure because she is a lesbian and is white.
The university's Board of Trustees this month announced that it had reached a settlement with Katharine L. Dvorak, an assistant professor of religion. Wright State denied tenure to Ms. Dvorak in 1994, and she lost her job in 1995. She sued the university in 1996, accusing
