Wrestling With Title IX

As someone who played a major role in the development and passage of Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, I was particularly interested in learning about the lawsuit filed by the National Wrestling Coaches Association and other groups, charging that the three-part test used by the U.S. Department of Education to enforce institutions' athletic compliance with Title IX hurts men's sports ("Wrestling Coaches Sue Education Department Over Title IX Enforcement,"
