Wisconsin at Madison Is Top 'Party School'
On the same day that Princeton Review Inc. named the University of Wisconsin at Madison the top "party school" in the nation, officials at the university announced on its Web site that the campus "shows progress on student drinking."
The administrators said the "progress" referred to a decline in binge drinking on the campus -- not to Wisconsin's rise from third place in last year's "party school" survey. Princeton Review based its ranking, which was released in late August, on
