Wis. Regents Fire Convicted Professor
The Board of Regents of the University of Wisconsin System has fired a tenured professor who was convicted of sending photographs of himself naked to a detective posing as a teenage boy. The board has accepted the resignation of another professor who was found guilty of stalking a former girlfriend.
The two professors were among three on the flagship Madison campus who were at the center of a public controversy over whether faculty members should be allowed to remain on the payroll
