Why We Should Teach Evolution

Phillip E. Johnson's defense of the recent decision by the Kansas Board of Education was more remarkable for what it did not say than for what it did ("The Religious Implications of Teaching Evolution," Counterpoint, November 12). These omissions are subtle but significant, and they distort the picture that Johnson is trying to present.
