Why Public Education Is Free

I find it amusing that individuals like Greg Lukianoff and others who inhabit America's plutocratic think tanks spend time sniping at public education and teacher education, and generally making as much noise as possible about very little of consequence ("Social Justice and Political Orthodoxy," The Chronicle Review, March 30).
