Who Really Has Learning Disabilities, and How Can We Help Them?

Zirkel's commentary on students with learning disabilities raises important questions about whether a newly tolerant set of guidelines is being abused by "upper-income game players" ("Sorting Out Which Students Have Learning Disabilities," The Review, December 8).
