Who Killed President Kennedy?

David Kaiser's "New Insights Into Kennedy's Assassination" (The Chronicle Review, March 28) fails on almost every level to support its thesis that the mob — through its instrument Lee Harvey Oswald — killed President Kennedy.
Factual errors mar the essay. Kaiser accepts the assertion of the House Select Committee on Assassinations that the single-bullet theory was correct because the committee said it was. But given that the committee used
