Which Students Qualify as Disabled?
Arecent ruling by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit sheds new light on the transition of students with disabilities from high school to college. In Ellenberg v. New Mexico Military Institute, decided in July, the court rejected the lawsuit of a student who claimed that she had been unfairly denied admission to a high school because of her disability.
