When Professors Waste Time on Trivialities

Alan Wolfe's essay "Professors Are Unconvincing in Shielding Their Interests" (The Review, March 2) should add parking to its list of office hours and grade inflation. I teach on a campus where parking is free, there are more parking spaces than cars, and reserved spaces for faculty members cost a mere $125 per calendar year. Yet, the issue surfaced again recently for the umpteenth time. ...
