When Military Recruiters Come to Call
To the Editor:
Now that the First Amendment challenge by the Forum for Academic and Institutional Rights to the Solomon Amendment -- which threatens the cutoff of federal funds if military recruiters are barred from campuses -- has been rejected by both the Association of American Law Schools and a federal judge, perhaps it's time to consider an alternative lawsuit that may have a better chance of success ("Military Recruiting Goes to Court," December 12).
