Your story about the student at the University of Wisconsin at Madison proves that political correctness does not need to be parodied; it has become a parody of itself ("Wisconsin Student Complains About Professor's Use of the Word 'Niggardly,'" February 12). Clearly, Amelia Rideau, who did not know the word, and the student next to her, who couldn't spell it, should not be in college. The
