When Business Schools Teach Ethics
To the Editor:
I read with much interest the item by John L. Pulley in Give & Take (The Chronicle, October 28) on the response of business schools to the fallout caused by various corporate scandals over the past few years. Having students discuss the ethical implications surrounding business decisions can be an excellent addition to the business-school curriculum. However, I would like to voice a few words of caution about these classes.
