What Universities Pay Their Service Workers
Hollywood came to Harvard University this month to join forces with labor activists who are demanding that the institution pay all of its service workers at least $10.25 an hour.
The actors Ben Affleck and Matt Damon returned to their hometown and blasted Harvard, charging that it doesn't pay its employees enough, during a rally that drew about 400 people.
Mr. Damon, a member of the Class of 1992 who left Harvard without graduating to pursue his acting career, told the crowd:
