What Should the New Radcliffe Do?
To the Editor:
I agree with Claire Kaplan Lipsman that the new Radcliffe Institute for Advanced Study needs a strong mission, and that it should be a center for innovative thinking about the major unsolved problems of our society ("A Mission for Radcliffe: Change How We Raise Our Children," Opinion, September 17). I also agree that changing the way we socialize our children is of central importance. I believe, though, that the main agenda needs to be defined
