What Post-Tenure Review Can Achieve

Our thanks to Ana Marie Cox for her August 17 article on Drexel University's post-tenure-review process ("When Is Post-Tenure Review Not Post-Tenure Review?"). Despite the very nice coverage, space clearly necessitated omitting some information that we believe is critical to enlarging the readers' understanding of post-tenure review in general, and the Drexel program in particular.
