Weighing the Evidence in Allegations of Sexual Misconduct at Music Schools

To the Editor:

This letter is in response to Robin Wilson's article "Music's Open Secret" (June 7). Having served as the director of a music school in the past, and having myself initiated disciplinary action against a faculty colleague for sexual harassment, ... I take this matter very seriously indeed.
