Web Project Seeks to Digitize Religious Images for Theological Libraries
"Librarians abhor duplication," says Dennis A. Norlin, executive director of the American Theological Library Association. "We think everything should be done once and only once."
That, he says, is the operating principle behind the American Theological Library Association's Cooperative Digital Resources Initiative, which finances digitization projects at theological libraries across the United States and stores the results online (http://www.atla.com/digitalresources).
