Web Broadcasts May Bring Fresh Madness to March
Productivity in American offices may take a dive in March, when College Sports Television, CBS Sportsline, and the National Collegiate Athletic Association will show games in the Division I men's basketball tournament over the Internet.
For a single fee of $19.95, anyone with a high-speed Internet connection (as on an office computer) will be able to watch tournament games not being broadcast by the local CBS affiliate. CBS Sports, which is in the middle of an 11-year, $6-billion deal
