Wealthy Atlantic Philanthropies Shifts Focus Away From Higher Education
The Atlantic Philanthropies, a group of wealthy foundations that has quietly supported colleges and universities with grants totaling $1.3-billion since 1982, is moving to retreat from its financial support of higher education.
