Wanted: Minority Fund Raisers
Two organizations of fund raisers are looking to diversify their profession.
They have appointed a committee to come up with a program to "identify, cultivate, recruit, and mentor" members of minority groups who are interested in development work. Ultimately, the goal is to encourage more minority professionals to become consultants, advising many clients on fund raising.
