Voters Approve Bonds in Maine, Elect New Governors in Kentucky and Mississippi
In most states, little was at stake for higher education in last week's general election. But voters in several states, including Maine and Ohio, decided on ballot measures related to colleges, and Kentucky and Mississippi elected new governors.
