Virginia Weighs Banning Illegal Immigrants From State Colleges

If Virginia's attorney general had his way and this were some 10 years ago, Marlinda L. Paldino says she would be cleaning houses today instead of working as an engineer for a Navy contractor. Ms. Paldino attended Northern Virginia Community College in the early 1990s as an illegal alien.
