The report of the state commission that investigated the Virginia Tech massacre was posted overnight on the Web site of Gov. Timothy M. Kaine. We’ll have an article about the report later this morning. For now, the huge document, with 11 chapters and 14 appendixes, can be read here. The Washington Post, The New York Times, and the Richmond Times-Dispatch, among other newspapers, have articles summarizing the report’s findings. The Associated Press has a list summing up the report’s key findings and recommendations.
