Virginia Tech Families Get Settlement Offers
The state of Virginia has reportedly offered $100,000 to the families of each of the 32 students and faculty members killed in the Virginia Tech massacre last April, with the agreement that they will not sue.
The families reportedly have until this week to decide whether to accept the offer, according to The Virginian-Pilot, in Norfolk. Some have called the offer an insult.
