Virginia Lawmakers Likely to Approve New Construction for Colleges
Virginia colleges are likely to benefit from the difference that a year seems to be making in the General Assembly.
Two high-ranking Republicans in the state legislature last week proposed spending $1.2-billion over seven years on campus construction projects.
College officials and legislative aides said they expected lawmakers to approve the plan.
