Virginia Commonwealth U. Told It Can Resume Research on Humans
Federal regulators are allowing Virginia Commonwealth University to resume federally financed research projects involving human subjects, ending a suspension imposed last month.
The officials directed, however, that both new and continuing projects be reviewed by an independent board hired by the institution before they may proceed.
