Villanova U. Law Lecturer and Students Trounce Alan Dershowitz in Court
Alan Dershowitz made his reputation when he and his Harvard Law School students argued Claus von Bulow's appeal for a new trial and ultimately won his acquittal. But the tables were turned when a lecturer at Villanova University and her law students went up against Mr. Dershowitz and 10 other high-powered lawyers, and prevailed.
