Videotape Persuades Jury to Find Professor Liable for Sexual Harassment
A federal jury in Philadelphia found a professor at West Chester University of Pennsylvania liable for sexually harassing a student, who proved her accusations, in part, with a videotape she had secretly made with a tiny camera concealed in a notebook. The jury awarded her damages of $120,000 after the judge absolved the university of liability.
