Vermont Agency Faults Goddard for Response to Complaint of On-Line Harassment

"Reasonable grounds" exist to conclude that Goddard College violated a state discrimination law by refusing to take sufficient action after an alumna complained about being sexually harassed over the Internet by one of the institution's employees, the Vermont Human Rights Commission has ruled.
