Urban-Planning Group Moves Meeting
The Association of Collegiate Schools of Planning announced last week that it is moving its annual meeting from Charleston, S.C., to Kansas City, Mo. The decision followed a conflict that developed last month, when some of the organization's members said it should observe an NAACP-sponsored boycott of South Carolina.
