A lawsuit filed last week against Clark University asks a court to find the university liable for the death of a freshman, who overdosed on heroin two years ago in her dormitory. According to an Associated Press report, the student’s father says adequate supervision, better counseling for troubled students, and stronger efforts to keep drug dealers off the Massachusetts campus would have saved his daughter’s life.
