Universities in Utah Prepare to Sue to Keep Guns Off Campuses
Several public universities in Utah are squaring off with the state's attorney general over a law that permits guns to be almost anywhere -- including on college campuses.
A 1995 state law allows an owner with a permit to carry a concealed weapon anywhere except airports, churches, courts of law, mental asylums, Olympic Games sites, prisons, and private homes.
