Universities in Japan and China Collaborate on Courses
This fall, instead of heading to their own campus, some students from Waseda University in Tokyo hopped a plane to Beijing to take classes as part of an unusual partnership with Peking University and two Japanese companies.
The students will take courses on environmental science and corporate finance at Peking University. The courses were underwritten by the Mizuho Securities Company and the Tokyo Marine & Nichido Fire Insurance Company, which are paying the students' travel
