Universitas 21 and Thomson Open Online M.B.A. Program
Universitas 21 Global, a new online university aimed primarily at students in developing countries, began offering its first courses last month. The start of classes followed years of effort by a global consortium and its partner, a publishing giant, to create an online institution from scratch.
