Universitas 21 Moves Forward With Plans for Online University
Universitas 21, the multinational consortium of research universities, formally agreed this month to go forward with plans to build an online university with Thomson Learning, a division of the Thomson Corporation. The consortium and the publishing company each pledged $25-million for the project, which will be called U21global.
