Ukrainian U.'s Told to Take Back Activists
Universities in Ukraine must reinstate all students and employees who were expelled or fired late last year because of their political activities during the presidential elections, according to an order issued last month by the Ministry of Education and Science. The ministry warned rectors that those who failed to comply with the order would be held liable for violating individuals' rights as guaranteed under the republic's Constitution.
