USC Fellowship Promotes Multimedia Dissertation
Creating new forms of scholarship by using digital tools is one goal of a new fellowship program at the University of Southern California.
The fellowship prospectus describes the award as fostering "a thorough rethinking of the dynamic relationship of form to content in academic research" through experimentation with "digital scholarship" that uses such media as wireless technology and handheld devices.
