U.S. Supreme Court Agrees to Decide Whether Title IX Applies to the NCAA

The U.S. Supreme Court last week agreed to decide an issue that could have significant implications for college sports: whether federal laws barring sex discrimination apply to the National Collegiate Athletic Association itself.
