U.S. Supreme Court Agrees to Hear Case on Public Colleges and Federal Lawsuits
The U.S. Supreme Court said last week that it would consider an age-discrimination lawsuit against the University of Minnesota that raises questions about how broadly the U.S. Constitution protects public colleges and other state entities from claims in federal court.
