U.S. Slipping in Educational-Attainment Levels, Says Report Comparing OECD Countries
While the American education system is a leader in producing highly educated people, other countries are catching up and even exceeding American performance, especially among their younger people, according to a new report from the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development.
