U.S. Says Iowa College Violated Crime Law
The U.S. Department of Education has found several cracks in the system used by Mount St. Clare College to provide campus-crime information to students, employees, and the federal government.
In a report issued in March but not made public until this month, department investigators said the Iowa college had violated the federal Campus Security Act of 1990 by failing to report a handful of forcible sex offenses, aggravated assaults, and burglaries that occurred
