U.S. National Labs Face Boycott by Asian Scientists
An association of Asian-American scholars last month called for Asian-American scientists not to apply for jobs at U.S. national laboratories. The boycott is to protest what the scholars contend has been the discriminatory treatment of Wen Ho Lee, a former scientist now facing trial on charges of mishandling classified data.
Members of the Association for Asian American Studies called Mr. Lee a victim of ''racial profiling and discriminatory investigation,"
